职位描述
The PDL is responsible for technical product definition and process feasibility, in line with customer specification, program planning, quality and costs targets.
He/she applies Group standards following the Faurecia Excellence System (FES) and uses Faurecia's Program Management System (PMS) to guide the concept and design detail of a product, tool and/or equipment. The main missions of the role are to:
74 RFQ Phase : analyse customer requirements, define best Faurecia proposal,realise benchmark, coordinate prediction work and CAD work, create DVP with experts and testing teams, create the initial BOM, validate Product performance targets, involve critical tier

74 During development :
o Lead cross functional review
o Lead VA/VE workshop
o Validate feasibility of product and process concepts, update DVP
o Manage a Program File in Product Data Management (PDM), with all design changes, ECR history.
o Manage technical aspects of a program: Prepare and update other program related technical documentation; Ensure that the technical convergence plan meets product quality and costs targets; Ensure that the PMS technical milestone deadlines are met; Manage Bought Out Parts (BOP) definition and ensure technical integration of suppliers, Coordinate technical management of tool suppliers relying on process/tool engineers and experts.
o Lead DFMEA study
o Establish and validate prototype control plan
o Control the tolerance stack up study realised by CAD team
74 During Product Qualification:
o Analyse test reports and product validation parts
o Verify reliability of Off Tools parts
o Liaise with industrial engineer so that product and process characteristics are under control when production is launched.
74 He is the interface with the customer's engineering team and obtain customer agreement on design.
74 He may do CAD 3D if needed.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
74 Bachlor degree in engineering
74 Experience in Design & Development within an industrial environment, ideally in the automotive industry
74 Knowledge and experience in Project Management process
74 Team player with strong communication skills
74 International mind set
74 Fully understand and abide the contents of Code of Management and Code of Ethics distributed by Faurecia of these two manuals
