* Train and qualify process technicians and take responsibility for the

product output and quality in the area, ensuring they meet the production plan

and other requirements.

* Participate in the establishment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or

Job Instruction Breakdowns (JIB) for every task in the operation area to ensure

standardized operation throughout the process.

* Maintain the normal running of machines and ensure a stable process and

high product quality.

* Address challenges related to machines and processes.

* Participate in or lead new product validations.

* Coach and develop process technicians to improve their technical skills.

* Collaborate with other functions to efficiently solve problems and meet

production goals.

* Discover possibilities for process improvement and launch new initiatives

based on the existing process.Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar process engineering role.

* Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements.

* Proficient in analyzing and resolving technical challenges effectively.

* Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control

principles.

* Familiarity with SOP and JIB development and implementation.

* Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.

* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure flawless execution of

processes.
