Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects of Outside China and others on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing complex projects from conception to completion. You will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders and will be responsible for coordinating resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring project goals are aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Scoping: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, and budgets.
2. Execution & Delivery: Lead the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. Manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and technology.
3. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all project communications. Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular progress reports, and facilitate effective communication between clients, team members, and senior leadership.
4. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans to ensure minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards and requirements. Implement and manage change control processes.
6. Team Leadership: Motivate, coach, and support project team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
7. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes. Provide transparent and regular reporting on project status, metrics, and financials to stakeholders.
8. Methodology & Continuous Improvement: Utilize appropriate project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project). Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Fluent English
3. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and leadership skills
4. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a Project Manager, managing multiple medium-to-large scale projects simultaneously.
5. Solid understanding of formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
6. Exceptional leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
7. Conflict resolution experience
8. Proficiency with project management software and tools

4. 与问题管理:主动识别、评估项目风险与潜在问题,并制定应对措施;设计应急预案,将对项目进度及可交付成果的干扰降至最低。
5. 质量保证:确保所有项目可交付成果符合约定的质量标准与要求;实施并管理变更控制流程。
6. 团队领导:激励、指导并支持项目团队成员;营造协作高效、业绩卓越的团队氛围。
7. 报告与文档管理:维护完整的项目文档,包括项目计划、报告及会议纪要;向相关方透明、定期地汇报项目状态、关键指标及财务情况。
8. 方法论与持续改进:运用合适的项目管理方法论(如Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)和管理工具 (如 JIRA, Asana, MS Project).);为优化公司内部项目管理流程、推动持续改进贡献力量。
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历。
2. 英语流利(听说读写)
3. 具备出色的沟通能力、问题解决能力及领导能力。
4. 具备成熟的项目经理工作经验(通常需 5 年及以上),有同时管理多个中大型项目的经验。
5. 深入理解规范的项目管理方法论(如 PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum))。
6. 拥有优秀的领导能力、沟通能力(书面与口头)及人际交往能力。
7. 具备冲突解决经验。
8. 熟练使用项目管理软件及相关工具
