KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责:
83 Setup, analyze & troubleshoot on Engineering/Qualification build.
83 Work safely at all times by consistently following safe work procedures for your position, as well as all safety procedures required at your work-site.
83 Read, interpret and work from drawings from controlled documentation and processes.
83 Follow up improvement activities (yield & cost reduction) assigned by supervisor with cross functional team.
83 Drive for process issues that encounter during NPI stage.
83 Provide support on project initiated by others.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
任职资格:
83 Associate Degree in Material Science, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
83 2 - 5 years working experience in related process in high volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
83 Strong experience in Related Process (Die Attach or Wire Bond)
83 Familiar in process equipment (DA: ESEC , Canon / WB: K&S Iconn)
83 Well verse with machine operation & tooling design function.
83 Fast learner and able to use basic Excel, Word & PPT .
