SQE供应商质量工程师

1. Take charge of nonconforming material issue find in process or rejected by customer;

2. Create and follow up NCMR report and QM notification for nonconforming material issue, cross function with internal and external team for resolving material quality issue;

3. Arrange supplier on-site sorting when needed;

4. Drive supplier for failure analysis, root cause analysis and take corrective & preventive actions through 8D methodology for material quality issues together with Purchasing team;

5. When needed, conduct on-site visit to the supplier for the purpose of quality issue analysis and improvement, and verification of the corrective actions;

6. Monitor supplier quality performance on a regular basis, when needed, drive quality performance improvement for poor quality performance suppliers;

7. Complete the supplier audit together with Quality Management team for the purpose of supplier qualification, monitoring and quality improvement per the requirement;

8. Prepare supplier quality related reports when needed;

9. Assist IQC & PQE in material quality issue resolve and provide technical support.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, English can be used as a working language；

2. Above 3 years related experience in electronic manufacture industry;

3. Familiar with supplier quality management and quality control tools;

4. Good failure analysis and problem solving skills;

5. Good knowledge of quality management system.
