采购经理 （二次配、工程）

1、Get and understand PR requirement(indirect material form R&D, MFG, Facility, QEHS, etc.)

2、Source suppliers in vendor list, or semi conduct field;

3、Pre-qualificate potential vendors;

4、Expedite RFQ procedure;

5、Quotation negotiation;

6、Procureme date analysis;

7、Assist annual audit；

8、Perpare all presentation material for period review;

9、Other issues as necessary.

Key requirements 岗位要求:

1、Bachelor of engineering degree with at least 10 year SCM working experiences;

2、At least 5 year Manufacture Company experience;

3、Strong skills to plan and organize the internal and external meeting events;

4、With strong communication capability within the company and with multiple suppliers;

5、Excellent proficiencies with PowerPoint, Excel and Word editing.

6、With excellent document filling/Book keeping skills;

7、Driving license is preferred.
