测试经理

1、负责机器人测试部日常工作管理，组织部门建设；

2、规划和调整部门工作目标；

3、负责部门成员的工作安排和指导，协调部门间资源，保证各项工作按计划进行；

4、参与指定测试方案、审核测试报告等；

5、编写、审核机器人出厂测试工艺；

6、完成上级领导安排的其它任务。

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the daily work management of the robot testing department and organizing departmental development;

2. Plan and adjust the work objectives of the department;

3. Be responsible for the work arrangement and guidance of department members, coordinate resources between departments, and ensure that all work proceeds as planned;

4. Participate in formulating test plans, reviewing test reports, etc.;

5. Compile and review the factory test processes for robots;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职要求：

1、硕士研究生以上学历，自动化、机电一体化、计算机等相关专业；

2、熟练掌握的机器人操作、编程技巧，能够灵活运用机器人；

3、熟悉机器人测试项目和实施规范；

4、部门管理经验。

Job Requirement:

1. Master's degree or above, major in Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science or related fields;

2. Proficiency in robot operation and programming skills, with the ability to use robots flexibly;

3. Familiar with robot testing items and implementation specifications;

4. Experience in department management.
