Role and responsibilities:
Solution Consulting: Provide expert guidance in selecting, provisioning, and using database and data warehouse architectures, software, and facilities.
Security Expertise: Be familiar with general security concepts such as authentication, authorization, encryption, and digital signatures.
Technical Leadership: Drive end-to-end technical solutions, coach and mentor, and coordinate technical aspects of changes and issues.
Solution Integrity: Ensure overall solution integrity for large and complex solutions, making technology and design choices.
Stakeholder Interaction: Gather requirements, engage in project communications, and transform stakeholder information into logical process flows.
Dynamic Environment:
Will be working in a blend of office and factory floor settings.
Helping the Partner with Project Management on the *** project
Helping to work through any risk so they do not become issues
Software Implementation:
Overseeing and coordinating various aspects of software projects within the manufacturing domain
Collaborate with various teams to deliver services related to software implementation.
Manage administration accounts and provide technical assistance.
Leverage business process expertise and DELMIAWorks knowledge to lead clients on their implementation journey.
Ensure alignment of DELMIAWorks solutions with industry-driven best practices.
Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design future-state processes aligned with DELMIAWorks best practices.
Provide solution options to support client decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders and consultants to integrate business requirements seamlessly
Ensure appropriate training and consulting during implementation
Ensure appropriate testing of configuration and development before Go Live.
Support project delivery using the DELMIAWorks Activate Methodology
Qualifications:
Education: Typically, a relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Skills: Proficiency in ERP software implementation, database concepts, and manufacturing best practices. DELMIAWorks (IQMS) experience preferred.
Communication: English communication skill
