Supply Chain Specialist

职位描述

Key Accountabilities:
· Effective Order Fulfillment
1. Help supplier on the production lay-out, to improve productivity and evaluate best capacity
2. Setup items and make them accurate in system according to smartsheet. Monitor smartsheet prices consistent with supplier’s PQ
3. Receiving order from customer and input in system.
4. Receiving forecast or MPS from ODM, doing MRP analysis, and place order to supplier base on required DSI.
5. Manage daily supplier delivery plan & Customs clearance status, to avoid any COS risk.
6. Responsible for reports per customer specific template.
7. Responsible for customer’s urgent pull in requests and leverage AM to negotiate with ODM whenever delivery can’t meet schedule
8. Provide EOL data recommendation and leverage AM to drive closure with ODM
9. Inventory control and compliance management at the factory
10. Responsible for negotiating with supplier to support customer’s urgent pull in requests
11. Weekly push order completion in system
12. Monthly PO,DO and invoice reconciliation by liaising with US customer service team
13. Match and verify all order acknowledgements, update PO's
14. Monitor vendor performance. Address key operational performance issues with vendors.
· Cost Effective Supply Chain
1. Lead monthly PO and invoice reconciliation within internal team, VMI and customer
2. Ensure effective cash management: provide overdue payment data recommendation and leverage AM to drive payment collection; monitor RNV meet target of less than 60days
3. Responsible for improving inventory management
4. Optimize VMI cost to minimize supply chain cost per guidance of leader
5. Optimize order placement to minimize supply chain cost per guidance of leader
· Supplier Relationship Management
1. Make supplier capacity analysis per guidance of leader
2. Manage day to day supplier relationships and escalate to Account Leader when necessary to build effective communications.
3. Provide analysis or report on inventory, delivery and other activities, advising or recommending upon opportunities and risks as appropriate.
4. Monitor vendor performance. Address performance issues with vendors or Account Leader.
· VMI Relationship Management
1. Manage day to day VMI relationships and escalate to Account Leader when necessary to build effective communications.
2. Provide analysis or report on inventory, delivery and other activities, advising or recommending upon opportunities and risks as appropriate.
3. Monitor vendor performance. Address performance issues with vendors or Account Leader.
Qualifications / Knowledge & Experience:
1. Bachelor Degree above
2. Industry Engineer or related industry experience 3 or more years preferred
3. Familiar with Customs affair and VMI operation
4. High Integrity
5. Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
6. Strong communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
7. Negotiation skills
8. Ability to recognize and resolve majority of issues independently
9. Ability to prioritize, set and consistently achieve goals
10. Strong team player (peers, other functions, management)
11. Strong understanding of Unisource products, services, processes and procedures
12. Can communicate to all levels within the organization
13. Continually exhibits high level of motivation and sense of urgency
14. Plentiful system skills including but not limited to: Navision, Microsoft Word and Excel
15. Familiar with basic finance knowledge
