● Supporting the review and process of medical reimbursement in clinical trial setting in accordance with company SOP and process and country regulations
● Analyse, review and summarize supporting documents for medical expense reimbursement requests
● Interacts with both internal and external stakeholders to process the medical reimbursement cases
● Arrange for payment of approved medical costs through correct channels
● Follow up with insurance companies if required for resolution of requests
