1.Responsible for LVM market share increase in defined verticals ( Marine/ Crane/ Chemical/ Mineral/ Mining/ Battery/ Automotive/ Paper Pulp/ Infrastructure/ F&B/ Emerging branch) in China

负责中国低压电机业务在特定行业（船舶/起重机/化工/金属/采矿/电池/汽车/造纸/基础设施/食品饮料/新兴行业）的市场推广;

2.Support and cultivate sales to develop new customer and business in region .

培养支持销售开发区域低压电机新客户和新业务;

3.Be responsible for vertical transparency and set up eco-system in defined verticals. Set vertical development strategy and lead collaboration cross region.

负责特定行业的市场透明度并建立行业生态圈。制定行业发展策略并主导跨区域合作

4.Keep familiar with Electrical Motor and Drives product, system, solution as well as branch technology. Initiate portfolio feedback to Product Portfolio Management on defined verticals.

熟悉电机及驱动产品、系统、解决方案及相关技术。针对特定行业需求能给产品管理部门提供反馈。

5.Close work and synergy with LVM HQ to implement vertical strategy.

与LVM总部紧密协作完善行业发展策略;

6.Initiate, motivate suitable activities and keep track of progress and implementation in order to achieve the agreed targets and goals.

积极主动地采取行动，以达到既定目标。

7.Others assigned Manager.

Your profile.

1.Bachelor or above major in Automation/Electrical Transmission/Mechanical Engineering

本科以上学历，专业电机、电气传动或自动化、机械相关者优先；

2.5 years+ working experience in Industry Branch

5年以上工业相关领域工作经验.

3.Fully understand market trend and competition situation of LVM;

充分理解低压电机市场趋势和竞争态势；

4.Willing to take initiative and active thinking

5.Integrity, honesty and loyalty, can work under pressure

6.Quick learner and with good business sense
