Finance Manager

Location: Kunshan

Position Summary:

The Finance Manager as a key member of the Finance Shared Service Center leadership supervises all financial activities that ensure the established goals and objectives of the company are met, oversee GL, payment, tax clarification, account booking, spending and expenses to control cost and ensure EBITDA achievement. Organize annual stocktaking to ensure materials and assets value to be correct. This position drives annual budget preparation in line with HQ to ensure fiscal year financial goals to be in line with plan.

Essential Functions:

87 Manage, direct and coach subordinates to accurately process GL, payment, tax clarification, account booking, spending and expenses

87 Annual budget preparation and summary.

87 Monthly sales forecast and EBITDA achievement tracking.

87 Monthly tax application.

87 Monthly payment to suppliers and employees.

87 Monthly closing report submission.

87 Complete annual financial audit and transfer pricing audit timely.

87 Supervise and entry correct BOM cost in ERP system to monitor product line or expenses cost to be economical.

87 Work closely with US financial team to ensure monthly reports to be correct and timely.

87 Capital and expenses control to be in line with budget by spreadsheet tracking of AFE and PO.

87 Weekly sales and backlog report.

87 Coordinate internal ERP users with consultancy for problems collection and expectations to get IT involved for improvement.

Education and Experience:

87 Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

87 8+ years’ working experience in manufacturing companies and 3+ years of financial supervisor or managerial position.

87 VERY Experienced in GL and tax.

87 Experience in budget preparation.

87 Ability to lead in a lean organization

Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements:

87 Fluent English in speaking and written.

87 Familiarity with ERP system. Oracle or SAP is a plus

87 Familiarity with tax application.

87 Familiarity with cost accounting.

87 Good communications with others

87 Good Microsoft skills, EXCEL,PPT etc.
