主要工作职责:
Job responsibilities:
1. 根据公司发展战略,执行市场开发及销售计划。
According to the company's strategy, develop and execute market development plan.
2. 支持或主导全周期销售流程(从客户线索挖掘到订单落地),完成年度销售目标。
Support and be responsible for full sales cycle (lead generation to order fulfillment) and achieve annual sales targets.
3. 维护客户关系,提升客户黏性。
Maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts to enhance customer loyalty.
4. 协同市场部策划行业展会、技术研讨会等品牌活动。
Partner with the marketing team to organize trade shows, technical seminars, and branding initiatives.
5. 定期进行销售相关内容分析以配合公司最新的销售策略。
Make regular industry reports and analysis and follow updated sales strategies accordingly.
6. 公司管理层,员工手册和直属领导交办事项与职责。
All other duties requested by line manager, employee handbook and company management.
任职资格:
Qualification:
1. 本科以上学历,机械、食品饮料工程、生产自动化专业优先。具有2年以上设备制造业销售工作经验。
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Food & Beverage Engineering, or Production Automation. 2+ years of sales experience in the equipment manufacturing industry.
2. 英语能力:听说读写流利。
Excellent in English.
3. 出色的谈判能力及客户管理技巧。
Excellent negotiation ability and client management skills.
4. 熟悉相关生产工艺流程,能与客户技术团队对话。
In-depth understanding of production processes and ability to engage with technical teams
5. 积极主动,务实诚信,抗压能力强。
Proactive, pragmatic and honest, strong ability to withstand pressure.
