职位描述
Main responsibility 岗位职责:
1.Make and optimize administrative management procedure and working instruction to ensure it is in line with global policy, local rules and regulation.
制定及持续优化行政管理程序文件及作业指导,确保其符合总部的政策及当地法律法规要求。
2.Be responsible for the formulation, implementation and supervision of the annual budget of the admin team and control the administrative costs.
负责行政团队年度预算的编制、执行与监督,控制行政成本。
3.Arrange the team’s work plans, provide professional guidance to admin specialists, and regularly conduct skill enhancement training.
安排团队工作计划,向行政专员的提供专业指导,定期开展团队技能提升培训。
4.Manage day-to-day administrative tasks (reception affairs, material procurement, hotel and car booking and etc.), as well as coordinating and supporting company-related events such as meeting, visitor reception, and other activities.
负责日常行政事务(前台接待,行政物资采购,酒店、车辆预定等),公司相关活动的协调与支持,如会议、访客接待。
5.Manage administrative suppliers and conduct monthly assessment of supplier performance.
管理行政类供应商,每月针对供应商绩效进行评估。
6.Establish administrative fixed asset ledger, follow up the entire process of asset purchasing allocation, maintenance and scrap, conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that the accounts are consistent with the actual.
建立行政固定资产台账,跟进资产采购、分配、维修、报废全流程,定期盘点以确保账实一致。
7.Responsible for facility maintenance, new construction, renovation, and expansion projects, coordinating plan preparation, construction and acceptance, controlling budget and schedule.
负责设施的维修及新改扩等工程项目,协调方案设计、施工、验收等环节,控制预算和进度。
8.Be responsible for office space leasing and property management matters.
负责办公场所租赁及物业管理事宜。
9.Participate in the coordination of office layout optimization and relocation.
参与办公布局优化及搬迁的协调。
10.Manage company seal and ensure sealing shall be in line with the approved request.
管理公司印鉴,确保印鉴使用与审批用途相符。
11.Be responsible for maintaining good communication with relevant public sectors and conducting the annual inspection of the company's licenses and certificates.
负责与相关政府部门保持良好的沟通及公司证照的年审。
Competence 任职要求:
1.Bachelor's degree or above is required. Major related to human resources management or business administration are preferred.
本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理相关专业优先。
2.Have good abilities in verbal and written English.
具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
3.Minimum 8 years in administration within international manufacturing company.
8年以上外资制造业外资企业行政事务管理经验。
4.With exposure to leadership team and international stakeholders.
有与管理层及海外公司同事日常沟通的经验。
5.Have experience in communication with public sector entities.
具备与相关政府职能部门沟通的经验。
6.Have experience in facilities management will be a plus.
有设施管理经验者优先。
7.Proficient in Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, Powerbi).
熟练使用办公软件。
