Job Summary
Prepare and implement the TPM system, resolve field problems, improve equipment reliability and capacity. reduce the machine downtime, spare parts management and cost saving;
Responsibilities
61 Prepare and implement equipment checklist, Preventive Maintenance plan, monitor the equipment performance and reduce downtime.
61 Provide hands on support as required to solve the field problems during machine breakdown.
61 Investigate equipment failures, determine root cause of failure, and recommend appropriate solution to reduce re-occurrence or eliminate cause of failure.
61 Recommend and specify alterations to improve equipment reliability and capacity.
61 Define relevant spare parts and optimize stock and spare parts cost saving.
61 Train and guide the technicians to constantly improve their maintenance skill.
61 Improve the changeover time, increase the machine reliability and capacity.
61 Prepare the machine lesson learn due to complex downtime issue.
Requirements
Educational background (language):
61 College degree in Electrical engineering / Mechatronics or equivalent degree in related technical field
Job Relevant Knowledge:
61 Computer skill in Excel, Word, & Outlook.
61 Chinese, English language skills, German optional.
61 Proficient in CAD/Solidworks and other auxiliary software.
61 Proficient in hydraulic and pneumatic working principles.
61 Skilled in PLC programming (Siemens or Rexroth) and electrical fault diagnosis.
Work Experience:
61 10+ years relevant experience on machining equipment maintenance.
61 Good knowledge of the universal mechanism and the practical application of the general mechanical standard parts.
61 Working experience in TPM system construction.
61 Rich experience in maintenance and improvement of mechanical equipment
