Business consultant (BC) = Finance representative function purpose is handling the financing business such as Financing Quotation / Financing Contract/ Disbursement/ Friendly Collection etc., of all truck vehicles within the designated area, supporting to develop the sales network and upholding a positive brand image. The BC is responsible for coordination and communication with other dealers staff within the designated area in order to ensure overall product/service quality and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
61 Visit customers and dealers supporting them in completing
61 Establish cooperative relationships with dealers in the region
61 Regularly review the dealers & customers financing performance
61 Conduct the meetings and communication with CO sales to ensure transparent and close cooperation.
61 Responsible for maintaining CRM, improving sales pipeline, tracking the leads
61 Interaction with internal / external key contacts
61 Due dilligence process digitalisation in line with volume increase
61 Customer financing process automation to shorten Cred.applic leadtimes
61 Follow the market, competitors and customer needs for the new financing products&services +initiate implementation of innovating solutions
Requirements
61 University degree
61 3-7 years experience in relative field
61 Strong organizational and communication skills.
61 A commercial profile with the ability to foster relationships across diverse stakeholders.
61 A deep understanding of the local market and cultural practices in China.
61 Experience in leasing/financing activities and related processes is preferred
61 Knowledge of HDT business is preferred
61 Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
61 Ability to work independently and within a team
