Key Responsibilities:
85 Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
85 Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements
85 Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
85 Arrange sample submission to customers for approval
85 Handle merchandising related documents
85 Draft sample instruction, check sample yarn and dimension
85 Manage of development and orders, follow up production and the delivery time frames
85 Responsible for fabrics sourcing and development
85 Based on seasonal concepts and theme to recommend fabrics collection to designers / customers
Skills:
85 High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point
85 Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
85 Strong Analytical skills with fashion sense
85 Sensitive and passionate to market and consumer trends
85 Ability to reach decisions with clear strategy or logic to maximize business opportunities
85 Highly organized, self-driven, detail oriented and can multi task
85 Team oriented, ability to deal with changes, humble, hard-working attitude, and patience is essential
85 Bachelor’s degree or above
85 Fluent in spoken and written English
