5 to 10 years’ experience in project management, QC or production department.

Skills we are seeking are:

- Proactive and quick thinking.

- Technical / engineering background in multi-materials items such as wood boxes, paper boxes, plastic injection, coating processes, metal parts production, lighting items, fabric made products….

- Overseeing production processes when looking at a product

- Anticipate production issues that might arise with manufacturing

- Being able to manage and evaluate the production planning

- Being proactive on finding solutions with the manufacturing

- Able to visit numerous production sites in weekly bases – 2 factories per day in Average

- Easy to contact the manufacturing daily and reporting to the subordinate

- Easy with Microsoft tools, emails, excels Power points

- Curious and willing to learn

In order to respond efficiently to the client demand, we are now looking for a production manager to be part of our team in China.

Job description:

The duties for the production manager will be to assure the smooth communication and productions between the manufacturers and our company.

Firstly, the applicant will receive instructions from the project developers on productions to produce. A discussion will be made to define the production stressing points and actions plan for each of them.

Secondly, the production manager will be following daily with manufacturers and be performing the following tasks:

- Help to produce QAP and Defect Range Boards with project manager

- Assure the goods are produced following the quality standards in term of material, colours, packaging as defined with project manager

- Assure that quality is up to our quality standards throughout the whole production process from the beginning to the end

- Assure the manufacturers are on time for deliveries

- Feedback to project managers on manufacturing issues and solving them.

- Update files for weekly follow up meetings with project manager

- Provide a provide a daily following up of orders we have with manufacturers to project manager.

Pay Range:

Based salary is depending on profile
