短视频拍摄剪辑

1.负责小红书及抖音平台的短视频拍摄工作，负责现场调度和把控，针对脚本问题进行调整和修改，保证素材质量和成片效果。

2.根据宣传特性和目标人群，利用相关道具进行场景的搭建与布置，独立完成短视频拍摄。

3.根据品牌调性和脚本要求，完成短视频创意策划、分镜设计和服务拍摄或对已有的爆款视频镜头优化迭代。

4.根据短视频效果数据并复盘，对短视频进行优化和调整，不断提升短视频的投放效果。

5.对内了解业务需求，对外洞察社会热点和公众情绪，结合二者进行内容拍摄，通过内容传播创新，助力业务引流拉新。

6.负责日常活动的摄影/摄像的工作，负责每周的直播运营工作。

1.Responsible for shooting short videos for platforms such as Xiaohongshu and Douyin, including on-site coordination and quality control; review and adjust scripts to ensure the quality of raw footage and final production.

2.Set up and arrange shooting scenes independently using relevant props, based on promotional goals and target audience.

3.Create short video concepts, design storyboards, and carry out filming based on brand tone and script requirements; or iterate and enhance existing trending video content.

4.Analyze video performance data and conduct reviews to continuously optimize content and improve campaign results.

5.Understand internal business needs and stay informed on social trends and public sentiment; integrate both into content creation to drive user engagement and business growth through innovative storytelling.

6.Handle photography/videography for daily events and manage weekly livestream operations.

Requirements：

1.1-2年短视频拍摄工作经验。

2.熟练使用摄像设备，有一定审美，善于布景，对镜头画面感和节奏感有良好的把控能力。

3.熟悉掌握PR/PS/AE等后期编辑设计软件，剪辑速度和效率高。

4.具备较好的团队合作精神，性格开朗，善于沟通，执行能力强/自驱力强。

5.具备良好的英文听说读写能力。

1.1–2 years of experience in short video production.

2.Proficient with camera equipment; strong visual aesthetics; skilled in scene setup; good sense of visual composition and pacing.

3.Proficient in post-production software such as PR (Premiere), PS (Photoshop), AE (After Effects); able to edit efficiently.

4.Strong team player with a proactive attitude; outgoing personality, good communication skills, and strong execution/self-motivation.

5.Good English level in spoken and writing.
