1. General Ledger Management: Oversee monthly closing and CPM reporting processes, and period-end accounting accuracy.

2. Financial Reporting: Prepare compliant financial statements under both U.S. and China GAAP standards.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the Controller in annual budget development, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis against financial projections.

4. Tax Compliance: Manage monthly tax filings, ensure timely submission of returns/declarations, and optimize tax-related reporting.

5. Strategic Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses (e.g., project ROI, tax optimization studies), deliver actionable insights to stakeholders to support management decision-making.

6. Audit Coordination: Serve as primary liaison with external auditors and bridge regulatory requirements between local and U.S. standards.

7. Cost Management: Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze product costing, margin structures, and pricing strategies. Drive cost reduction initiatives through process improvements.

8. Compliance & Controls: Enforce adherence to internal policies, SOX controls, and external regulatory frameworks.

9. Additional Duties: Support business development projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Position Requirements:

61 Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

61 Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting roles.

61 Certifications: CPA certification strongly preferred. Candidates with Big Four auditing experience or equivalent will be prioritized.

61 Industry Expertise: Prior exposure to U.S. manufacturing operations is highly desirable. Familiarity with plant-level financial processes, U.S. GAAP compliance, and multi-national/group reporting frameworks. Proficiency in costing methodologies, tax compliance, and transfer pricing practices is advantageous.

61 Soft Skills: Proactive, results-driven team player with exceptional cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic environments while adhering to strict deadlines. Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on financial accuracy and end-user requirements.

61 Language & Tools: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English. Advanced technical skills in Excel/MS Office Suite; experience with ERP/MES systems is a plus.
