Responsibilities 工作职责
61 Be Responsible for the payroll and social insurance/housing fund/income tax management
61 Play the role as project coordinator to follow up the project status and response the problems to the project manager on time
61 Execute the Restricted Stock Unit daily operation tasks, e.g., sell to cover, funding in, sell payment release, RSU tax management, SAFE filing, answer inquiry from stock participants etc
61 Responsible for the monthly commercial insurance enrollment issue for AP region
61 负责工资和社会保险/住房公积金/所得税管理
61 担任项目协调员,跟进项目状态,及时向项目经理反映问题
61 执行限制性股票单位的日常运营任务,例如,出售以覆盖、融资、出售付款发放、RSU税务管理、SAFE备案、回答股票参与者的询问等
61 负责亚太地区每月的商业保险投保事宜
Requirements 任职要求
61 Be proficient in C&B operations, at least 3 years' experience in manufacturing industry
61 Strong sense of risk control and customer services
61 Be good at communication skills both in Chinese and English
61 University degree with major in HR or Statistics is a plus
61 Excellent PC skills especially in MS-Excel
61 Nice, smart, patient and logical thinking
