Develop Project Quality Leader

1. Work in project team and be a project quality leader to coordinate all related members, delivery quality mindset

2. Identify and resolve quality risks and problems found during project phase to ensure no quality problems during mass production

Job Scope of the Position:

1. Control project risks, make all team members clear about project quality target(promise to customer, contract)

2. Lead FMEA and control plan(review and update), coordinate R&D engineer and Lab and SPQL and IPQL for product review and qualification

3. Conduct the audit to new product or project according to process audit checklist and follow up the improvement actions

4. Follow up the quality risks and problems detected during project phase

5. Follow up the product qualification results, report to project team and lead the improvement

6. Conduct gap analysis for process of FMEA, control plan, product/process/material qualification and drive continual improvements

Core Requirements(Technical / Managerial Competencies) :

1. Project mindset/knowledge, understood and have experience on project working mode, breakdown and prioritize the workload, milestone and activity follow up, ownership on his/her own tasks

2. Leadership, can lead relevant department like Lab/CQL/IPQL/SPQL for quality activities, can lead risk analysis or issue solving with technical team, conduct SIM when needed, do escalation for unforeseen risk or activities delay which will impact project timeline.

3. Quality mindset/Knowledge, Risk analysis tool/Control plan/Audit/8D experience, minitab experience, data analysis, reliability knowledge.

4. Technical and product knowledge, technical background, understood Somfy product specification and customer application usage, can join the technical discussion with R&D and PS/PM

5. English. Can hold teams meeting in English environment.
