Day to Day Responsibilities:
61 Overall lead product quality architecture deployment and improvement, including quality document update, define appropriate process control tool and methodology, process quality improvement and risk assessment.
61 Lead and coordinate resource for internal quality issue improvement and ensure close loop improvement
61 Lead and coordinate resource for non-conformity handling
61 Take part in or lead wide quality improvement project
61 Co-work with QA and cross function for new product and line qualification
61 Co-work with engineering team for process inspection system upgrade and qualification
61 Be involved for process change management and quality risk assessment
61 Co-work with for quality best practice sharing and migration
61 Co-work with QA for customer quality feedback investigation
61 Co-work with QC team for QA gauge/inspection equipment readiness and maintenance
Education & Experience
61 B.S or above degree in Engineering relative major.
61 At least 6 years work experience in QA function or Process.
61 Experience in Optoelectronics industry would be a plus.
Required Skills
61 Good knowledge in Statistic Tools, SPC, Quality relative tools.
61 Logical thinking and data oriented.
61 Problem solving and decision skill.
61 Good English comprehension in listening, speaking, writing and reading.
Desired Skills
61 Excellent in data analysis/ Statistical using skill are preferred.
61 6 sigma black belt
Soft Skills
61 Good personality and negotiation skill.
61 Aggressive and willing to take challenge and work hard and smart.
61 Project Management.
