【工作内容】
该职位负责供应商的产品和过程审核和最终检验,监督供应商自检,管理过程审核、检验拒绝品和客户投诉的遏制、处置和纠正措施。负责与供应商质量控制相关的所有项目,为跨部门解决问题的活动提供培训、支持和领导。
- 负责供应商的质量管理体系评估、审核及改进,确保供应商能够持续满足公司的质量标准;
- 维护SAP中的检查数据,监督供应商的自检程序,推动持续质量改进活动;
- 制定并实施供应商质量控制计划,包括进料检验标准、过程监控及成品出厂前的最终检查;
- 与供应商紧密合作,解决生产过程中出现的质量问题,提升产品质量;
- 定期分析供应商绩效数据,识别潜在风险,并提出改善措施以减少不合格品的发生;
- 与供应商开发工程部一起参与新产品导入过程,与SDE和供应商密切合作,必要时检查首件产品和试运行样品。
【任职要求】
- 大专以上学历,机械工程技术相关领域专业;
- 至少3年以上制造业质量管理或供应商管理经验;
- 熟悉音视频家具行业的钣金制造工艺,包括冲压,焊接,粉末喷涂,压铸和组装等;
- 英语听说读写流利者优先,能够阅读和编写英文邮件及技术文档;
- 熟悉ISO9001等质量管理体系标准;
- 具备良好的沟通技巧和团队协作精神;
- 良好的故障处理和问题解决能力,能够独立解决问题,并促进生产过程的持续质量改进;
- 有SAP质量模块经验;
- 具有UL/TUV/RoHS/CPSIA/REACH的经验;
- 可接受定期出差(包括越南和泰国在内的东南亚国家).
GENERAL PURPOSE
position is responsible for product & process audit & final inspection in our suppliers, monitoring supplier self-inspections and managing the containment, disposition, and corrective action activities for process audits, inspection rejects and customer complaints. Work as a focal staff for all items related to supplier quality control. Provide training, support, and leadership for cross-functional problem-solving activities.
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
> Perform risk-based final inspections and product & process audits in supplier facilities, maintain the audit and inspection data in SAP and drive continually improvement activities.
> Work on the projects of supplier self-inspection to support and monitor suppliers' performance and customers' inspections including assessing & reviewing the inspection reports, maintaining the inspection data in SAP, monitoring suppliers’ self-inspection procedures.
> Analyze data from customer feedback, final inspection, product & process audits, and provide feedback to the functional groups to ensure that corrective actions are assigned as appropriate.
> Involve in the phase gate reviews for the 1st mass production audit and inspection.
> Follow up the implementation of ECO (Engineering changes order) at the factory.
> Involve the NPI process together with Supplier Development Engineering department, work closely with SDE and suppliers to inspect the 1st articles and pilot run samples if necessary.
> Determine the needs for and coordinate containment and corrective action activities for rejects and customer complaints.
> Participate in cross-functional or department meetings as necessary.
> Consistently support compliance by maintaining privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable laws and regulations
> Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. Cooperate in Safety Programs, initiatives, and investigations.
> Other duties deemed necessary to support the Company’s business operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
> Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written)
> Can use English as a working language including English reporting and understand the product documentations in English.
> Excellent interpersonal skills
> Good computer and database skills with proficiency in using the internet and Microsoft Office suite of software including Word, Excel and Outlook (or related e-mail system)
> Ability to interpret standards, specifications, procedures, and drawings.
> Proven ability in problem-solving.
> Proven ability to use gages and basic metrology tools.
> Proven ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
> Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team
> Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs
> Be detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through skills
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
> Associates or technical degree and a minimum of three (3) years work experience in a quality function at a manufacturing company; or combination of relevant education and experience
Preferred Qualifications:
> Knowledge of sheet-metal manufacturing processes including stamping, welding, powder painting and die casting and assembly in Audio /Video furniture industry.
> Experience with ISO9001
> Experience with SAP quality module
> Experience with UL/TUV/RoHS/CPSIA/REACH
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
> Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
> General office and manufacturing environment
> Require regular ground travel to other company facilities within local metropolitan area (Southeast Asia countries including Vietnam and Thailand)
> Long-distance or air travel as needed
