1. Support sales to do technical presentation for customer, and assist Sales team to handle technical issues to satisfy customers needs..

支持销售部门为客户进行技术交流，并协助销售团队处理技术问题以满足客户需求。

2. To establish good relationships with customers' technical and design departments, and provide them with support in product selection and application.

与客户技术及设计部门建立良好的关系，并为他们提供选型及应用方面的支持。

3. To solve technical or application problems encountered by customers during product use.

解决客户使用产品过程中遇到的技术或应用问题。

4. Develop training packages and materials, conduct technical training and seminar for customers and colleagues.

开发培训教材和材料，为客户和同事进行技术培训和研讨会

5. Understand and assist customers in advancing VAVE (Value Analysis and Value Engineering) to optimize product solutions.

了解并协助客户推进VAVE，优化产品方案。

6. Complete other work assigned by superior.

完成上级交付的其他工作

Qualifications 职位要求

1. Major in mechanical design and manufacturing or related fields, bachelor's degree or above, with more than three years of similar work experience.

机械设计及制造相关专业，本科以上学历，三年以上类似工作经验 。

2. Familiar with fasteners/hardware products, and candidates with knowledge of relevant standards and processes (ISO, DIN, GB, etc.) are preferred.

熟悉紧固件/五金产品，熟知相关标准及工艺者优先(ISO, DIN, GB…)

3. Possess excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与跨部门团队有效协作。

4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently resolve issues under pressure.

良好的问题解决能力，能够在压力下独立解决问题

5. Proficient in using CAD software.

可熟练使用CAD软件。

6. Proficiency in English, with the ability to fluently read English technical documents and clear, smooth oral expression preferred.

语良好，能流利阅读英文技术文档，口语表达清晰流畅者优先。

7. Frequently travelling in the territory area.
