L1 冶金自动化工程师

1.Design the Level 1 software application to satisfy the control requirements (according to Customer technical requirements specified in the contract and Company standards)

2.Site process commission of pipe/tube rolling line, including piercer, finishing mill, sizing device and finishing area.

3.On site commission including IO checking, single movements, sequence control, cold/hot commsioning, cooperate with process engineer for checking and improving, production achievement ，troubleshooting and Performance Guarantee Test. software programming, modifications.

4.Analyze and report to Company the strategy of software Design applied, including the possible improvements and suggestions for optimization of the systems design.

5.Apply the required modifications to the project in order to achieve the performances required always following the Company standards

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree of Automation Major or above.

2.Skilled for different software platform; esp. for TIA 1500, WinCC or TDC，Codesys,etc.

3.Senior skill and knowledge on tube rolling process is essential, experience in jumbo tube rolling or design institute would be an asset.

4.Teamwork oriented, good organization and negotiating skills as well as assertiveness.

5.skilled in Auto CAD, MS office. Fluent oral and writing English.

6. Readiness to undertake long-term business trips worldwide.
