Participate in the organizational development and business management in the Market Department;

Lead the marketing development and sales team in the Market Department;

3）负责为新客户和潜在的客户提供完善的技术解决方案和具有市场竞争力的销售服务报价；

Responsible for providing perfect technical solutions and competitive sales service quotation for new customers and the potential customers;

4）跟踪与协调新客户和潜在客户的招投标活动；

Tracking and coordinate the bidding activities for new and potential customers;

5）职责包括/ Responsibilities include：

- 主动访问潜在的客户，以创建良好的客户关系，并尽早捕获潜在的业务机会和清晰理解客户需求；

Proactive visits to potential customers to create good customer relationships, and capture potential business opportunities and fully understand customer needs;

- 跟踪与协调新客户和潜在客户的招投标活动，并酌情向高级管理层上报投标活动中的相关问题；

Tracking and coordinate the bidding activities for new and potential customers and escalate bidding related issues to senior management as appropriate;

- 按客户需求，组织资源准备完善的技术解决方案，开展业务成本评估，并给客户报价，或递交投标文件；

According to customer needs, organize resources to prepare our perfect technical solutions, and carry out the business cost evaluation and quotation to customers, or submitting the tender documents;

- 与客户进行商务洽谈和签订业务合同；

Conduct business negotiations with customers, and sign the contracts with customers;

- 将签订的合同与新的客户信息转交给合适的客户经理，以便及时执行和完成交付成果。

Transfer the signed contract and new customer information to the appropriate account manager to execute and complete the deliverables in time;

- 协助客户经理收集用户相关的工艺要求信息，并协助协调用户现场的运营影响；

Assist the customer manager to collect user information related to process requirements and help coordinate the operational impact of the user site;

- 在市场与销售组织内提供人力资源管理和人才开发工作；

To provide human resource management and development in the marketing and sales organization;

- 在部门负责人空缺或缺席时，代理部门负责人的工作。

When the department head is absent, in the place of his job.

b) 任职要求/ Requirements

1) 大专或者本科学历，熟悉自动控制、自动化、机电一体化、机械及暖通空调技术。

College or bachelor above, be familiar with automatic control, automation, mechanical and electrical integration, mechanical and HVAC technologies.

2) 五年以上建筑业技术管理经验，或八年以上生物制药厂房设施高级管理经验。

Over 5 years of technical management experience in construction industry，or 8 years above experience in senior management for biopharmaceutical plant facilities.

3）证明能够具有解决技术问题和独立工作的能力。

Be able to solve technical problems and work independently.

4）具有厂房设施或工艺设备的设计运行技术知识。

Have design and operation technical knowledge of plant facilities and process equipment.

5）有公用工程和工艺设备的调试、确认和验证流程控制的经验。

Have experience in commissioning, validation and qualification of utilities and process equipment.

6）具有卓越的组织、沟通、人员管理、表达能力，和写作技巧。

Have excellent organization, communication, personnel management, expression ability, and writing skills.

7）熟悉ISO9001质量、环境、职业健康安全管理体系标准。

Familiar with ISO9001 quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system standards.
