2.Lead and Conduct the project phase from initial feasibility study to mass production as delegated by the Product develop Manager

根据产品开发经理的授权，领导和组织项目团队实施项目开发，从可行性研究到批量量产阶段

3.Prepare regular project reporting (including Budget, Planning, Resources follow up and Potential Risks)

准备定期的项目报告（包括项目预算、计划、资源的跟进和潜在风险）

4.Responsible to review and validate project milestone

审查和验证项目进度

5.Coordinate project& product with relevant cross functional

相关跨部门协调项目 、产品

6.Production process continues improvement, Capacity assessment, manpower & product output standardization

产工艺改善，产能评估，标准人力配置确立提供相应的技术支持

7.Leading new project from concept ,quotation to 1st time mass production, giving advice for future continuous improvement.

主导新项目从概念，报价到大批量生产, 为今后的持续改善提供建议。

任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, electronic, automation and engineering

本科或以上学历；机械、电子、自动化、工程相关专业

2. At least 3 years of project management working experiences

至少3年以上项目管理工作经验

3.Good English communication skills , at least CET 4 or above

英语：熟练的听说读写能力，四级以上

4.Experience in product design / development from initial feasibility study to production implementation (preferably on Medical devices product)

具有产品开发设计/开发经验， 从前期可行性研究到量产导入(***是医疗产品)

5. Familiar with computer operation. Good at CAD Solidworks is preferred

熟练的办公室电脑软件操作能力。熟练使用CAD Solidworks 软件的优先。

6.Good communication skills and strong planning, coordination, organization and execution skills

良好的沟通能力以及较强的计划、协调、组织和执行能力

7. Strong team work spirit

较强的团队合作精神。

8. With PMP certificate is preferred

有PMP证书者优先
