1. Trend Awareness and Collaborative Development
Stay attuned to fashion trends and Brooks Brothers' target customer base. Leverage extensive knowledge of fabrics, trims, and supplier resources to collaborate closely with designers. Have a thorough understanding of the supply chain development process, assist designers in sample development according to seasonal trends, and ensure that samples meet quality standards and development deadlines.
2. Cost Control and Supplier Management
Take charge of cost control and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring product quality while maintaining good professional relationships. Develop an in - depth understanding of production lead - time, and effectively manage suppliers' production planning.
3. Full - cycle Production Management
Be fully engaged in production follow - up, equipped with comprehensive production knowledge. Timely identify and raise any issues, understand suppliers' capabilities and limitations, and optimize development and production to align with their production levels.
4. Quality Assurance and Warehouse Compliance
Have a solid grasp of national standard inspection requirements and testing criteria for various product categories. Ensure that the product quality and packaging of both personal and team members' orders can pass warehouse QC and smoothly enter the warehouse.
5. Supplier Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
Regularly visit supplier factories to review production status and understand the current work level. Establish action plans with deadlines for each supplier to track their improvements.
6. Supply Chain Problem - solving and Delivery Assurance
Understand the supply chain development process. Coordinate and propose solutions for unexpected problems during development and bulk production. Guarantee that goods meet the brand's quality standards and are delivered on time with high quality.
7. Sales - driven Order Response
Closely monitor sales growth and performance, analyze sales reports, and promptly respond to order needs based on market feedback, dynamically adjusting production plans.
职位要求：
1. Educational Background：Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in majors related to international trade, textiles, or fashion.
2. Work Experience：More than 8 years of work experience in the fashion production industry, with experience in full - process supply chain management.
3. Skills Requirements：
o Fluent in English (both written and verbal), and able to use English as the working language. Proficient in office software.
o Familiar with international trade processes and production management system operations.
4. Core Competencies：
