What you’ll do
Implements supplier quality processes where applicable. Sets supplier quality requirements to suppliers and products.
Drives early supplier engagement in the NPI process, validates and (dis)approves release of components, assemblies, and processes at suppliers. and owns the PPAP process.
Reports on performance, supports business reviews at suppliers.
Responsible for all quality related elements in supplier contracts, thus enabling cost of non-quality recovery.
Accountable for quick but complete resolution of complaints and (dis)approval closure of complaints.
Your qualifications
Effectively implements all relevant supplier quality processes and tools.
Is able to effectively manage risks with a differentiated approach.
Can train SQ tools to suppliers.
Has strong understanding of relevant commodity technology and business domains.
Is able to determine supplier technical capabilities based on this knowledge and effectively apply knowledge to resolve customer and production issue.
