我们正在寻找充满热情、善于维护内外部利益相关者关系的人才。作为人力资源与行政专员,您将统筹后勤与行政事务,支持人力资源部门日常工作,协同其他部门开展工作,并为公司各大部门员工提供支持。该职位向中国区人力资源行政经理汇报,协调跨部门协作,并为全体员工提供服务。
岗位职责
1、负责公司各项政策、制度的推进与落地执行,确保有效实施
2、负责员工招聘、入职、离职等人事事务管理,维护员工档案
3、协助组织公司各类会议、活动及日常行政事务,确保办公环境有序运行
4、管理公司人力资源数据,协助完成绩效考核、培训计划及员工关系维护
5、协助人力资源部门管理员工考勤、工资核算等事务
6、负责办公用品采购、固定资产管理和办公室后勤保障工作
7、协调内外部沟通,协助部门完成相关人事行政工作
8、统筹国内外公务差旅的全流程安排
9、按时完成上级交办的其他任务,确保工作高效有序进行

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic professional who excels at managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. As an HR & Administrative Specialist, you will oversee logistics and administrative operations, support daily HR functions, collaborate across departments, and provide comprehensive assistance to employees company-wide. Reporting to the China HR & Administration Manager, this role involves cross-departmental coordination and delivering high-quality support to all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for promoting and implementing company policies and regulations to ensure effective execution.
2. Responsible for managing HR affairs such as employee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
3. Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and daily administrative tasks to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
4. Manage HR data, support performance evaluations, training programs, and employee relations maintenance.
5. Assist the HR department in managing employee attendance, payroll processing and related compensation matters..
6. Oversee office supplies procurement, fixed asset management, and general office logistics.
7. Coordinate internal and external communications, supporting the department in HR and administrative tasks.
8. Arrange end-to-end domestic and international business travel.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely and efficient manner.
10. Duties include but are not limited to the above responsibilities.
Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of HR/administrative experience with a solid understanding of HR policies.
3. Aged 25–40, with strong communication, coordination skills, and a sense of responsibility.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills, teamwork, problem-solving, analytical ability, and time management.
6. Professional working proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
