Core Responsibilities:
- As the local driver to deliver the global activities and maintenance platform by working closely with global team and other sites.
- Responsible to mitigate safety risk for maintenance and operation;
- Provide professional technical support on the HBW system/process/equipment;
- As the key person in the troubleshooting in terms of HLC and LLC;
- Drjve maintenance planning and revision and monitor the exiting status; Continuously improve and optimize the maintenance process or HBW system in order to increase the productivity;
- Mapping and standardization of the critical parameters of HBW system;
- Play the role as the local stakeholder to engage in the new HBW project and provide effective support;
- Support HBW maintenance manager in crucial tasks (GMEP,TPM, MMS, projects)
Do your have what it takes?
- Min. 5 years maintenance experience working in automatic WH or Min. 10 years maintenance experience in machining industry
- Good communication skills and team work spirit and positive working attitude and accountability
- Analytical skills
- Simens PLC program skills
- Have some experiences with TPM
- Basic knowledge of Lean
- Experience with SAP
- Programing skills
- Team leading experience will be preferred
