职位描述
Process internal & external customers’ parts sales orders, and quotations
? Handle some local purchase orders
? Create invoices, credit notes and related documents.
? Ensure accurate and timely response to inquiries & requests from customers
? Follow up orders & deliveries from end to end, which involves co-ordination with relevant functions (planning & logistics) for better lead time and solutions
? Implement and follow up global processes and operating procedures
? Handle customer claims
? Generate regular monitoring reports
? Contribute & commit to continuous improvements
Qualifications
? College/University degree
? Multi-lingual skills - good English language skills in both written and spoken
and good Thai language skills in both written and spoken
? SAP knowledge is preferred and good Microsoft office skills
? Good communication skills and service minded
? Hard working, pay attention to details and willing to take responsibility
? A good team player and willing to work under pressure
运用SAP CRM系统,管理地区客户等零备件订单,全程从报价到开票跟踪交付
负责处理零备件出入口,检查库存情况,对账不符合的情况进行分析复盘,短缺备件进行通知采购
监督未交付订单,积极沟通
维护SKU主数据,处理客户投诉
要求泰语+英语口语流利
