61 Ensure the test Process goes smoothly.

61 Project management and test failure follow up (report, analysis and communication with team)

61 Implement Company’s Quality Plan at Suzhou Lab.

61 Ensure that the Test Manager is immediately informed of serious test issues.

61 Ensure compliance to regulations and corporate policies and procedures.

61 Ensures that the Test items in DQTP are aligned to the related standards, Product Specification or Drawing and customer specific requirements.

61 DQTP creation for New Project and ECN etc.

61 Key Component test plan creation.

61 Test arrangement & schedule follow up according to approved DQTP.

61 Test failure sample check & analysis.

61 Jira generation and communication with team for improvement, verification & closure.

61 Weekly report on the responsible project testing status.

61 New Test Fixture development per new requirement.

61 New Test Protocols generation.

61 Test data review to ensure the test data accuracy.

61 Complete the Test Request on system on time.

61 Technical support on Supplier Laboratory.

61 Implement the NPD & ECNs etc. testing per DQTP and related test protocols.

61 Deliver the test summary (or report) on time.

61 Support the Product Readiness activities for new products.

61 Review of Customer return data to develop new test items (or fixture) to avoid the similar issue, provide Test Engineering support for customer complaint investigation.

61 Provide the technical training for test Technicians and operators.

61 Complete the DQTP test & Test Summary 90% on time per timeline.

61 Achieve goals/ objectives set by Test Engineering Manager.

61 Control the test summary accuracy rate is 98% or above.

61 No major design verification missing.

61 The test related issues need to be 100% reported & recorded.

61 Release the Failure Alert to team within 36hrs(workdays).

61 Control the repeat test item (<=2).

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

61 3 years+ working experience in a Laboratory environment.

61 Experienced in Household Appliance testing.

61 Training with ISO9001.

61 Experience in generating test protocols & evaluation of the equipment and fixture.

61 Working knowledge of UL1017, UL499 & IEC60335-1 etc. safety standards and applying the standards to verify safety margins during qualification process.

61 Demonstrated high level of engagement and self-motivation.

61 Proficiency in writing, reading English.

61 Good coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
