进出口专员

1. Planning and management of import and export procurement business.

进出口采购业务的规划及管理。

2. Responsible for improving customs clearance efficiency and cost management, regularly conducting statistics and analysis on customs clearance costs, and reducing clearance costs.

负责提高进出口通关效率、费用管理，定期对进出口通关费用进行统计、分析，并降低通关成本。

3. Preparation of import and export-related documents.

进出口相关单证的制作。

4. Opening and reviewing of documentary credits.

跟单信用证的开立及审核。

5. Responsible for the coordination of work between the business and finance departments.

负责业务与财务部门的工作衔接。

6. Control of inventory levels and procurement volumes of goods.

商品存货及采购量控制。

7. Maintenance and coordination of relationships with internal departments, customs, inspection and quarantine authorities, banks, freight forwarders, and other relevant parties.

维护并协调公司内部、海关、检验检疫、银行、货代等相关部门之关系。

8. Understanding of significant environmental aspects and important OH&S risk and control measures , and mastering of emergency response plan of the positions.

员工岗位的重大环境因素及重要危险源及控制措施的理解及岗位应急措施的掌握。

9. Comply with company rules and regulations, including HSE, environment and quality requirements and policies.

遵守公司的规章制度，包括健康、安全与环境（HSE）、环境和质量要求及政策。

10. Identify potential failures or risks, such as signs of equipment failure and cyber-attacks, and to take preventive measures in a timely manner.

具备识别潜在故障或风险的能力，如设备故障及网络攻击迹象，并能够及时采取预防措施。

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above, with preference given to those with a major in International Trade or Economics.

本科及以上学历，国际贸易，经济相关专业优先。

2. Over 5 years of experience in import and export management or procurement, with preference for those with relevant work experience in manufacturing enterprises.

3年以上进出口管理或者采购的经验，有制造型企业相关工作经验优先。

3. Be familiar with the entire foreign trade business operation process and relevant laws and regulations, and have a good command of customs declaration and foreign exchange verification procedures.

熟悉整个外贸业务操作流程及相关法律法规，精通报关、外汇核销操作流程。

4. Have good communication skills, with priority given to those who are proficient in English.

具体良好的沟通能力，英语熟练者优先考虑。

5. Have team management experience and a spirit of teamwork.

具有团队管理经验和团队合作精神。

6. Be proficient in using Office software.

熟练使用office办公软件。
