Sr Alliance Manager will play the role of Regional Partner Lead who should with a Senior Manager capacity to focus on developing partner sales pipeline and service partners delivery capacity, engage with sales to ensure partners bring impact, and function as the single point of contact for regional Sales Account Managers and Solution Consultants.

The Sr Alliance Manager is responsible for all partner activities in China. The Sr Alliance Manager will oversee and facilitate Strategic, Sell and Service partners who are currently active and partners we should onboard in the future within the region. This is a quota-carrying role which will be the main contact for Channel and Service partners to ensure engagement between the partner and AspenTech is leading to business growth and development. For all Global and Strategic Partners, the Alliance Manager will work very closely with the colleagues managing those global alliances and take the lead to close partner-partner supported deals within the region.

61 Country / zone business Plan updates to reflect business objectives and focus areas that align with Sales Initiatives, Country Plans, and Strategic Accounts etc.

61 Develop the strategy with guidance from the Country Manager and then lead the execution on how to increase the partner impact for the region

61 Manage relationships at the regional level with all stakeholders within the Sales and Solution Consulting organization to ensure partner opportunities are explored, discussed, and achieved

61 Define Business / Segmentation alignment for all categories of partners according to established timelines in the respective zone / country. How best to engage ISPs, Channel, Strategic and Cloud partners for maximum impact

61 Communications: use common dashboards and templates for timely internal/external alliance reporting and execution. Schedule and run Quarterly / monthly review call with leaders from CRO organization

What You’ll Need

61 Proven success building and/or managing high growth/high potential, global, technology and service partners.

61 Indirect Sales / Channel Management experience.

61 Experience leading complex operational and strategic, technology-driven initiatives. Track record of strategic thinking and operational excellence.

61 Experience with Industrial Software Companies preferred.
