Job Roles工作角色

The accountant is responsible for the accounting books and reports in accordance with GAAP and group account manual, prepare monthly and annual financial report and tax declaration.

会计师负责根据GAAP和集团会计手册管理财务账簿和报告，准备月度和年度财务报告和税务申报。。

Job Function工作职责

1. Complete general ledger posting and month-end closing tasks to ensure smooth closing process within local and global timeline in compliance with GAAP and group account manual

完成总账过账和月末结账任务，确保在符合GAAP和集团会计手册的情况下，按照本地和全球时间表顺利完成结账流程。

2. Responsible for accrual, amortization, depreciation, allocation, cost variance analysis, closing balance review, reconciliation in month-end closing.

负责月末结账过程中的应计、摊销、折旧、分摊、成本差异分析、期末余额审查、和对账工作。

3. Responsible for the management of fixed assets and annual stock taking.

负责管理固定资产和年终盘点。

4. Responsible for audits from both Internal and external Auditors, prepare audit list then to follow up any issues identified.

负责内部和外部审计，准备审计清单，然后跟进任何发现的问题。

5. Responsible for monthly/annual local tax filing (including VAT/IT/Withholding Tax /etc.) and statutory financial statement submission.

负责月度/年度本地税务申报（包括增值税/所得税/预提税/其它），以及提交法定财务报表。

6. Ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by supervisor.

由主管指派的临时任务或项目。。

Qualification and Requirement任职资格

－ At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing company,

制造业五年以上工作经验.

－ Good communication skills, cautious and detail oriented.

良好的沟通技巧，工作认真负责。

－ Good written and spoken English.

良好的英文读写和听说能力。

－ Good Computer Skills in Microsoft office.

熟练使用Excel等办公软件。

－ Familiar with SAP system.

熟练使用SAP。

－ Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

能够承受压力和按时完成工作。

－ Diploma or above, major in accounting.

大学专科及以上，会计专业。
