Role Summary:

We are seeking a forward-thinking IT Manager to lead the company’s digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise to modernize various functions, including manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and customer engagement. The IT Manager will design and implement cutting-edge digital solutions to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Transformation Leadership

o Develop and execute the company’s digitalization roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

o Identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions to optimize core functions, including manufacturing, finance, HR, and supply chain.

o Champion the integration of Industry

4.0 technologies, such as IoT, AI, and automation, into manufacturing processes.

2. IT Strategy & Governance

o Define and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and data security.

o Ensure compliance with local and international IT regulations and standards.

o Manage IT budgets and resources effectively to align with business priorities.

3. Systems Implementation & Integration

o Lead the implementation and integration of ERP systems and other enterprise software to enhance cross-functional collaboration.

o Oversee system upgrades, data migrations, and cloud adoption initiatives.

o Ensure seamless connectivity and interoperability between software systems and hardware infrastructure.

4. Data Management & Analytics

o Build and maintain robust data management frameworks to enable real-time insights and analytics.

o Collaborate with business units to create dashboards and tools that support data-driven decision-making.

5. IT Operations & Support

o Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring optimal performance of infrastructure, applications, and networks.

o Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and risk.

o Provide guidance and training to staff on new technologies and digital tools.

Key Requirements:

1. Educational Background

o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

o Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus.

2. Professional Experience

o At least 8–10 years of IT experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.

o Proven experience in driving digital transformation in a manufacturing or similar environment.

o Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), IoT integration, and cloud technologies.

3. Technical Skills

o Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.

o Knowledge of automation, data analytics, and machine learning applications in business operations.

o Experience with digital tools for supply chain, finance, and HR optimization.

4. Soft Skills

o Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

o Strong project management abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.

o Strategic mindset with problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

61 Experience in manufacturing IT systems, such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or APS.

61 Background in Agile or Lean methodologies for IT projects.
