- Achieve various business expectations assigned by management by exploring high net worth customer segment and providing a series range of retail banking services including general banking services, wealth management solutions and protections, as well as leveraging resources from HASE Cross Border Services Team to provide cross border services to better cater the customer needs.

- Assist Head of VIP and Cross Border Banking Services and Zone Manager to promote the bank’s image and expand business channel of High Net Worth Customer segment

- Provide cross-border related sales and service delivery by closely working with counter parties in HASE and other related functions

- Provide excellent sales and services to maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring VIP customers’ orders / requirements are executed / met in a professional manner and ensure the whole sales process is compliant.

- Satisfy customer’s financial needs e.g. by conducting financial plans discussions and reviews with customers, communicating with relevant department to offer the customers customized products.

- Co-work with ZM, SBM/RBWMs, IS, IC, HASE Cross Border Team to satisfy customers’ financial needs.

- Ensure strict compliance with external regulations and internal policies / guidelines issued by HACN BUP, CVM, Branch Network, INA, CMP, etc during sales process and daily operations.

- Ensure products and services provided adhere to internal/external guidelines

- Ensure all compliance, control measures and conduct operational risk management for business development force are undertaken

Qualifications

- University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or related discipline

- 5 -10 years' related experience

- Able to work under pressure and independently

- Strong learning and organizational ability
