1.Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Excel formulas; 良好的电脑操作能力，熟练使用Excel函数，数据透视表

2.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Logical thinking; Detail-oriented and quick learning ability. 较强的分析和解决问题的能力，逻辑思维; 注重细节，学习能力强。

3.Good reading, written and verbal communication skills in English. CET-4 is required; CET-6 is better. 良好的英语阅读、书写和口头沟通能力；六级优先。

4.Proactive and team spirit. 积极主动，有团队合作精神。

Education/Certification Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources, Mathematics & Statistics, Science is preferred. 本科及以上学历，人力资源、数学与统计、理工科专业优先。

2. HRIS/Payroll Management related experiences preferred. 有人力资源系统/薪酬管理相关经验优先。

Position details:

1.Provide functional support for clients in HR system implementation;

为客户提供人力资源系统实施方面的功能支持;

2.Be responsible for customer data's preparation, transform and import based upon detailed specifications;为客户提供人力资源系统实施方面的功能支持，负责客户数据的准备、转换和导入;

3.Maintain and update the data in clients' accounts timely;及时维护和更新客户账户中的数据;

4.Support and perform compensation data analysis;支持并执行薪酬数据分析; 制作BI报表
