1、协助技术部经理制定新产品开发计划，为研发决策提供建议和信息支持

Assist engineering manager to make plans of new product development, provide suggestions and information for R&D decision

2、收集技术信息，提出产品改进建议和新产品开发提议

Collect technical information, make product improvement and new product development suggestions

3、编写技术文档和提供专利申请中的技术文件，项目申报材料编写

Create technical documents and provide the documents for patents application and create the project application documents

4、参与产品开发小组，依据产品开发计划实施产品设计工作

Participate in the APQP team and implement the product design according to the plans

5、为销售部以及生产部提供技术支持

Provide technical support for sales department and production department

Technical/Functional Skills:

1、具有丰富的机械传动行业（齿轮、蜗杆传动等）设计研发经验。

With rich design and development experience in transmission industry（gear and worm transmission. Etc.）

2、熟悉传动机构设计与计算。

Excellent at design and calculation of transmission mechanism

3、优秀的项目管理能力，较强的责任心。

Excellent project management ability and strong sense of responsibility

4、熟练使用设计软件，如AUTOCAD, Solidworks 等, 。
