Merchandiser-Operation

1. Working closely and having daily communication with supplier, sub-suppliers and customer.

2. Responsible for the order follow up with customer, follow the order status and foresee delays and minimize its impact, timely reporting to superior.

3. Coordinate with Quality Dept. for the inline and final quality control.

4. Problem solving in terms of production, delivery terms, costs issues, quality issues in the supply chain.

5. Follow up the logistics with suppliers and shipping Dept., make sure the product dispatched on time, shipping schedule and cost always in the consideration and to be optimized.

6. Follow up the payment both with supplier and customer, make sure the payment follows the contract term. Timely invoicing to customer.

7. Documentation preparation and verification with Logistics Dept. for Account Receivable and Account Payable. Make sure documentations always clean and accurate. Chase/Submit the documents to Logistics Dept. in time.

8. Visiting suppliers to maintain good relationship and managing production schedule without quality problems.

9. Make sure internal processes are followed, and suppliers are at level and follow compliance and sustainability requirements related to customers guideline

10. Assist rest of the team in various tasks related to assigned clients

11. Facilitate JYSK guideline align (20th Monthly), sharing internally

Requirement

1. Bachelor graduate in business or international trading.

Familiar with the whole process of order management relating for foreign trade and have communication skills with customer.

2. Good knowledge and understanding of manufactory and shipping procedures in related areas.

3. Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.

4. Good reading and writing English capability.

5. Serious and responsible, honest and trustworthy.

6. Have strong learning ability and problem-solving ability.

7. Organized, careful with details.

8. Detail oriented and enjoys challenges.

9. Positive and able to work under pressure from suppliers and customers.

10. Team player and but able to work independently.

11. Action minded and use to work with fast pace & deadlines.

12. 5-8 year of working experience in related area.
