This is the highest position of Melia Jinan Hotel. He/she is responsible of the planning, coordination, management supervision and analysis of results from all departments of the Hotel. The General Manager will oversee the achievement of the established goals and objectives, the implementation of the procedures and policies of Meliá Hotels International and uphold standards of service quality and maintenance, as well as Health & Safety regulations and Sustainability & Talent Management corporate policies.
