61Build upon existing vendor base success and expand vendor options to address evolving customer needs and changing material a nd market conditions.

61 Work collaboratively with cross division sourcing partners to align on vendor strategy ,sourcing placement , overall volume leverage and capacity

61 Manage relationship with factories throughout product lifecycle, from product development through initial production to ongoing performance management

61 Lead cost negotiations and work with suppliers to maximize the value of product offering

61 Partner with design and engineering teams to align product design with factory capabilities

61 Manage team responsible for order and pro duction status reporting and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

61Proven record growing a merchandise organization, executing sourcing strategies and creating an exciting work environment.

61More than 10 years of experience in Furniture sourcing, specifically familiar with wooden/metal/paper veneer furniture factories and material suppliers in Vietnam.

61 More than 5 years of experience Managing teams.

61 Working knowledge of production planning.

61 Education required: University/college graduated, also familiar with export operation.

61 Fluent in Vietnamese and English, conversational in Mandarin

61 Commitment to continuous improvement in team dynamics and company operations.

61 Strong communication, team management and cross functional collaboration skills.

61 Able to work under pressure and participate in challenging duty
