职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Calendar management: schedule, phonecall, visitor management, meeting arrangement, travel arrangement and etc.
2. Coordinate with internal/external and HQ team to ensure timely and consistent communication
3. Handle daily correspondence, reports, translation, business documents and etc
4. Make regular report for GM including industry report, company business data and etc.
5. Assist GM to prepare for regular group meeting including agenda, report and meeting minutes.
6. Company chop and license management
7. Handle foreigner work permit/visa/invitation letter
8. Manage the company presentation with accurate template and data
9. Assist to contact with government bureau for administrative affairs
10. Coordinate and organize management level meeting/event
11. Support GM to follow up with critical/special projects
12. Other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements:
1.At least 2 years working experience in secretary to GM
2.Familiar with word, excel, power point and MS project
3.Fluent English or German, written and spoken
4.Very good communication skills
5.Able to work hard under the pressure
6.Familiar with working environment in Foreign companies, familiar with western culture in business , especially German business culture
