Commissioning Management Consultant

1. Participate in the commissioning process management for overseas data center infrastructure projects (electromechanical systems, HVAC systems, weak current fire protection systems, etc.), understand customer expectations and project requirements, and be responsible for work objectives and outcomes.

2. Maintain close communication with owners, equipment suppliers, construction contractors, design professionals, management consultants, commissioning consultants, and internal commissioning teams. Coordinate, gather, and organize materials related to commissioning objectives and processes. Clarify commissioning-related process documentation, including but not limited to commissioning plans and schedules, personnel input plans, load bank configuration plans, commissioning scripts and reports, issue resolution tracker, commissioning completion status, and tracking reports on training situations.

3. Attend project meetings to report on the progress of commissioning process management and provide work reports that meet the requirements of the owners and relevant stakeholds.

4. Lead the organization, summarization, and approval of commissioning scripts and reports, promote the rectification and closure of commissioning issues, and follow up on commissioning progress and completion status.

5. Identify risks and issues that deviate from or do not comply with testing processes, report them in a timely manner, and seek solutions.

6. Summarize lessons learned promptly after project completion and improve and enhance work in the next project.

Qualification requirements:

1. Possess a background in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or related fields, with a bachelor’s degree or higher and over 3 years of work experience in the data center industry.

2. Understand the design and construction acceptance standards for data centers, as well as the infrastructure system architecture, working principles, technical applications, and characteristics of mainstream products.

3. Familiar with the commissioning framework and processes, documentation requirements, and key elements of overseas data centers.

4. Have strong comprehension skills, communication abilities, and a spirit of teamwork, capable of collaborating with different clients and contractors, and able to work under pressure.

5. Work diligently and responsibly, pay attention to detail, and possess strong problem-solving and emergency handling skills.

6. Able to adapt to a certain degree of overtime and long-term overseas project travel.

7. Proficient in using tools and software such as Excel, Word, PPT, and AutoCAD.

8. Fluent in English in listening, reading, speaking, and writing.
