Prototype Purchasing Order Officer

1.Responsible for prototype parts purchasing

2.Clarify the price & delivery time with supplier, prototype engineer and finance

3.Based on the extern order, start the purchasing request in the SAP system, follow the approval process

4.Draft the purchasing order according to different amount, support purchasing department for normal purchasing order or finish the small amount order by your self

5.Track the delivery of prototype pars, finish the inbound & outbound in intern systems

任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering or related

2.1 year of OEM or tier1 suppliers experience as parts buyer

3.Experience of prototype parts ordering (e.g. supplier nomination, contract draft, delivery tracking)

4.Good at handling variant information and good communication skills

5.Proficient in the use of MS Office, SAP

6.Fluent in English
