Process Engineer

1.Design and develop manufacturing processes for magnetic materials and components.

2.Prepare documents for production, process evaluation and others

3.Optimize processes to increase productivity, reduce waste, and ensure product consistency.

4.Establish and maintain quality control procedures.

5.Collaborate with R&D, product development, and quality assurance teams.

6.Select, install, and maintain manufacturing equipment.

7.Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.

8.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

61 Qualifications

1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

2.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the magnetics or advanced materials industry. Application of robotic arms, AOI and other automation approaches for manpower reduction.

1.Proficiency in manufacturing process design and optimization.

2.Strong knowledge of magnetic materials and their manufacturing techniques is a plus.

3.Experience with manufacturing equipment selection, installation, and maintenance.

4.Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards. Lean manufacturing, six-sigma and KPI management approach.

5.Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
