Concept Manufacturing Inc is a leading innovator in the cleaning product industry, dedicated to creating cutting-edge products that enhance user experiences. We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Tooling Department team. If you have a strong background in product development, excellent project management and technical skills, and fluency in English, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure an efficient project planning and coordination: gathering relevant data; managing teams and resources; scheduling and tracking progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product designs from concept to production.
Prototype and test designs to ensure functionality, manufacturability, and compliance with the requirements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Document project records and communicate effectively with CPO, upper management, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Contribute to fostering a Project Management culture across departments (strengthen SOPs, mentor and provide guidance on best practices).
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or any relevant technical fields (material, mechanics, processes…).
Proven experience (5+ years) in product development.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficient with project management softwares such as MS project.
Effective reciprocal communication skills (written and verbal).
Strategic critical thinking with problem-solving skill capabilities and a proactive mindset.
Advanced communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and skills:
Experience in handheld products development or consumer electronics.
Experience in cleaning tools.
Knowledge of materials, industrial design, manufacturing processes, and prototyping techniques.
Intermediate knowledge of Six Sigma principles and tools.
Good understanding of Risk Management principles.
Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
