Sourcing Engineer (采购工程师)

●Improve supplier performance including on-time delivery, quality, communication and packing. 持续改善供应商绩效，包括交期、质量、沟通、包装等。

●Develop effective reporting and data analysis for internal management at all levels. 为内部领导层汇总并分析供应商相关的数据报告。

●Building and expanding supplier relationships and accountable for increasing the number of active Suppliers 建立并扩大与供应商的关系，并负责增加活跃/核心供应商的数量。

●Manage the daily commercial activities associated with the partner network including placing, sourcing, commercial terms and special support. 与供应商管理相关的其他日常事宜，包括下单、寻源、商务和特殊支持等。

Education and Qualifications （任职要求）:

●Bachelor's degree, engineering background or manufacturing environment is preferred 本科及以上学历，有机械制造行业或工程背景的优先，

●Familiar with processes of CNC machining, sheet metal is preferred熟悉机加工、钣金等工艺的的优先

●Experience on supplier development at least 3 years 至少3年以上的供应商开发经验,

● written skills in English 简单的英文能力（仅限书面即可）

●Strong communication skills, able to negotiate and solve problems 较强的沟通能力，能谈判并解决问题

●Knowledge of purchasing and network-building concepts 较强的采购、供应链搭建意识

●Strong analytical and organizational skills 较强的分析和组织能力

●Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, and have the ability to work independently 有自驱力，注重细节，能独立完成工作任务

●Ability to handle several assignments simultaneously 能同时处理多项任务

●Proficiency in computer skills to include: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the Internet 熟练使用办公软件
